		<description>I made this dish yesterday at home (in Korea). It worked out beautifully and my husband really enjoyed it. I wonder if instead of using plum extract I could use crushed Asian pear or even apple.</description>

One question though, after mixing the gochujang with the meat, do you leave it to marinate? For how long?

Or does the marinating process only consist of the ricewine and pepper part?</description>
