This is an interesting recipe! The dumpling pastry is the same as the Chinese wonton (dumpling) pastry is that correct?

hi sue, thanks for this information! i recently bought a mandu pastry but haven’t got time to make the mandu fillings and the foldings myself. good idea to make them pizzas. i’ll use a pan coz i don’t have oven. is using microwave oven possible?

Hi geekgirl,

I think you can use a microwave, but maybe cook it for a shorter time.
It may not end up as crispy in a microwave but I don’t have microwave, so I can’t test it. I hope it works out well for you.
