Hi Jess,
If you look at the side dishes categoty, most of foods can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days so you don't have to rush around every meal time. And of course I will share more recipes with you soon.
Take care.

im a student currently studying in melbourne. i find it very tiring to cook my own meals, esp when there is so much to do in college, so i discovered that korean (and japanese) seemed to have alot of foods that can be made and stored and be eaten out of the fridge! unlike chinese meals. brrr...

hopefully, you can share with me, and us more recipes on these kinda of dishes!

i havent been i melbourne long, about 2 weeks, but so far so good. i hope you like australia too! which part are you moving though?

cheers :)

I finally found Gochujang at an international supermarket in Tokyo, so I'm crossing my fingers that there are more recipes to come before I work my way through your archives :)

As an Australia (though one who is living in Japan) welcome! I hope you love living there. (And if you're in Melbourne, I've got a few restaurant recommendations...)

Moving is indeed a chore. I have moved back and forth between the US and Korea 5 times.
That said, many new adventures await you and I'm sure that you will do just fine.
It seems you have quite a few fans in Australia, perhaps some of them will be close enough to help you get settled in.
Good luck and best wishes.
