I am excited to get to know Seoul's gastronomic scene. Just actually interviewed one of Korean's most iconic Chefs, Chef Corey Lee. You can see the interview here: http://aromes.xanga.com/723202377/interview-with-chef-corey-lee-three-michelin-star--ex-chef--the-french-laundry-napa-valley
I actually asked him a bit about the situation about upscale fine dining overthere in Seoul and he responded that it was on the right track. My question: What would you consider as the very top best finest dining restaurants of Seoul, one that would easily pick a 1 or 2 Michelin Star? It doesn't matter the type of food (could be Oriental, Occidental) as long as it's upscale.
