		<description>My dad is a butcher and he always used to freeze the fillet of beef and then slice this very thinly..... Ask your local butcher to freeze the meat first, it makes it easier to cut.... or try it yourself.</description>

		<description>Hay, Pretty late reply. If your still after the Leaves Hanaro&#039;s at Sunnybank behind the ANZ sell them. And they have a great butchery with fresh meats too. If they don&#039;t have a cut of meat your after just ask 9/10 times they can cut it for you. I have never been to Korea myself but my Partner is from Masan. We use the frozen Fish Cake a lot. It&#039;s quite good but I haven&#039;t tried the fresh to compare. But Hanaro&#039;s is the cleanest Korean market I have been to.</description>
