I used to work at a Korean restaurant and this came out once on a special menu-- for mother's day. This used to be the food of the royals! From what the chefs told me, there are so many different ingredients that go into the top (I believe they're all different types of jeon, or pancake), no one will make it on a normal day. the bottom is lined with vermicelli noodles and a broth is poured over it. The middle part has those little blue jellies that you can light (I forget what they're called) and it heats the whole thing up. Looks and sounds yummy and complicated, but I don't remember it tasting like anything special.
