		<description>Sherbert is basically frozen fruit juice or pureed fruit mixed with water, some lemon juice and sugar.  You put it in the freezer and every few minutes (15-20) you scrape it until everything is not liquid anymore. Sort of like a granita?  You&#039;ll need a melon baller for the rounded fruit.</description>
