i'm just curious if sue wouldn't mind showing how to make green chili pepper kimchi.. that, mustard leaf kimchi & various types of radish kimchi are my favorites. i'd love it if sue could show us how to make all of those, but my biggest request would be the green chili pepper kimchi... i love it's sweet, salty, crunchy, juicy, spiciness.. just thinking about it makes my mouth water. lol
i think it's called: put gochu chorim.
