I would like to make a side dish. I can only describe the dish, and I have had it at many local restaurants. It is dried squid strips that are soaked in a sweet, hot, oily red sauce. I noticed a squid recipe on this site that was sauteed, but I believe this dish is not fried. It is served cold as a side dish with Kim Chi, seasoned baby anchovies, tofu, and others. Can anyone help me?
