After making Kimbab (similar to Sushi Roll), I had some left over cucumber pieces. As you know, if you store peeled cucumber in the fridge, it goes dry quickly. So I decided to use it up. I also had some left over capsicums too. (It was already a few days old. What a coincidence) I made a Canape’ with cucumber, it turned out to be a really good appetizer.

Ingredients

3 pieces of cucumber (left over)

1/5 of an onion

1/4 each of red and yellow capsicums

1 crab stick

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp

Salt 2 sprinkles

Pepper 2 sprinkles

Preparation and Making

Carve the seed part from the cucumber. (If you use new cucumber, wash and peel it first.)

Cut the onion, capsicums, and crab stick into fine pieces.

Put no.2 in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper into the bowl.

Mix it well.

6. Put it on the carved part of the cucumber.

7. Serve it on the plate.
