After making Kimbab (similar to Sushi Roll), I had some left over cucumber pieces. As you know, if you store peeled cucumber in the fridge, it goes dry quickly. So I decided to use it up. I also had some left over capsicums too. (It was already a few days old. What a coincidence) I made a Canape’ with cucumber, it turned out to be a really good appetizer.
Ingredients
- 3 pieces of cucumber (left over)

- 1/5 of an onion
- 1/4 each of red and yellow capsicums
- 1 crab stick
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 sprinkles
- Pepper 2 sprinkles
Preparation and Making
- Carve the seed part from the cucumber. (If you use new cucumber, wash and peel it first.)
- Cut the onion, capsicums, and crab stick into fine pieces.
- Put no.2 in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper into the bowl.
- Mix it well.

6. Put it on the carved part of the cucumber.
7. Serve it on the plate.
