Ingredients

ginseng
(I used fresh ginseng not dried ginseng)
5
dried jujube
2.5
L
water
(Apparently you need 500ml of water per every 10g of ginseng, so you can adjust it yourself)

tsp
honey
(per 1 cup of tea)
Instructions
Rinse the ginseng, scrub the dirt with a cloth as needed.
Rinse the dried jujube.
Put the water into a pot. Add the ginseng and Chinese dates.
Boil/Simmer it on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
Serve.
