The Banchan Cookbook Video Course and Ebook

The Banchan Cookbook - 30 Everyday Korean side dishes | MyKoreanKitchen.com

Today I’m sharing something different than usual here. I’m sharing a collection of recipes instead of a single recipe. Can you guess what it is?

Yes, I’m very thrilled to present my first video course and ebook package – “The Banchan Cookbook” Woohoo~

In the past few months, I’ve been busy working on my first cookbook – The Banchan Cookbook.

In this video course and ebook package, I teach you how to prepare 30 of the most popular everyday banchan (Korean side dishes) that are made by Korean home cooks! Intrigued?

Of these 30 recipes, 25 recipes are exclusively presented written for this package and these include stuffed cucumber Kimchi, Korean potato salad and Easy Kimchi to just name a few.

If you’ve been following me via social media channels, you’ve probably heard the news that my video tutorials and cookbook  were on their way a few weeks ago. (On a side note, my email subscribers have known this for about 3 months. Pretty much soon after I started working on this. That’s one of the perks of being my email subscriber as I can share more personal stories there. So sign up now if you want to be part of this community. :))

Anyhow,  I’m so happy that I finally get to share my 30 cherished banchan recipes with you. I spent many hours (over 1000 hrs!) from developing recipes to putting this together into a book. My sister has dedicated over 500 hrs of her time to film and edit these videos for me, so I’m very grateful for her support!

If you want to find out more details about the video and ebook package, check them out from here. In this page, for the first time ever, you will get to see me talking in front of the camera!  (So far, you’ve only seen my hands or at best my elbow via my YouTube channel.  Anyway, it was so weird standing in front of the camera and talking and I don’t think this isn’t something I will do often. :))

I hope you get my cookbook and start enjoying myriads of Korean side dishes at your own home!
